Damian Zavala

Damian became a Chicagoan in 1986 when he moved from Guanajuato, Mexico to Little Village. He now lives in West Lawn and has a keen sense of Chicago’s neighborhoods and real estate offerings for homebuyers. He became a Licensed Real Estate Broker in 1993 in order to help his clients achieve their dreams of homeownership. Soon after, he moved on to become a certified housing counselor and reverse-mortgage counselor. Harold Warner 

Harold has been a mortgage loan originator with Neighborhood Lending Services for nearly 5 years and firmly believes that homeownership can serve as a tool to help build stronger communities. Along with helping clients through the homebuying process, he assists them in receiving down-payment and closing-cost assistance whenever possible.
